Romina Farrell, founder

Romina has been leading change and designing progressive people processes within Canadian entrepreneurial workplaces for over 20 years. A creative, empathic and collaborative facilitator/coach, she has a Graduate Certificate in Values Based Leadership through Royal Roads University in BC (2019) and is a certified Cultural Transformation Tools Practitioner through the UK’s Barrett Values Centre (2019). 

Romina is on a mission to mobilize efforts towards a better future through values-based leadership and organizational design. 

Over the past four years, Romina has consulted with 1-DEGREE/Shift on several values transformation projects, been an active contributor and participant in online future of work communities (especially Teal Around the World), and has been applying her passion for complex problem solving and strategy to transforming the staff and leadership culture of a 200 year old church. To bolster her experience introducing self-management principles and almost six years scaling the infrastructure of a flat tech company, she completed Sociocracy for All’s Leadership Training (SoLT) course in sociocratic governance (2022). And she was invited to become a Companion for the organizational mapping tool software, Peerdom (2022). 

Romina values “doing life” in community, walking alongside family, friends and neighbours, and spending time with her husband, teenaged son and dog, Griffin. An accomplished musician, she also loves to gather people to sing.

Flourish works with values-based pricing and NFP discounts can be arranged. We are able to accept payment by EFT (within Canada) or by international wire transfer in CAD/USD.
